Ahmad Khalifa is a highly experienced legal professional with over 10 years of work experience in both legal and academic settings. As the Managing Director of FS Legal Services, Ahmad brings a wealth of expertise in managing complex legal projects and overseeing the technical legal aspects of programming in Libya. His career has been marked by significant roles, including nearly four years as a Legal Coordinator and Technical Legal Officer/Legal Officer at the Norwegian Refugee Council, where he made substantial contributions to the legal landscape in challenging environments.

In addition to his extensive experience in legal management, Ahmad is a passionate university lecturer at the Libyan International Medical University (LIMU), where he teaches private law modules, including Commercial Law and Banking and Financial Law, to students in the Business and Administration faculty. His mission is to empower the next generation of legal professionals by providing them with a deep understanding of the law and guiding them toward informed career choices.

Ahmad holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in International Trade and Commercial Law from Nottingham Trent University, a Master's degree in Diplomatic Studies and Relations from the Libyan Academy, and a Bachelor's degree in Law from Zawia University. His academic background is complemented by his practical experience, having worked as a Senior Protection Assistant at UNHCR Libya and a Staff Teaching Assistant at the Faculty of Law, University of Zawia.

Fluent in both English and Arabic, Ahmad has strong expertise in Labor Law, Commercial Law, and legal management and operations. His ability to draft critical legal documents, such as letters of claim and defense, underscores his comprehensive legal skill set.
